Vivo Launches X90 and X90 Pro Smartphones in India, Offering High-End Features and Focus on Camera
On 26 April 2023, Vivo launched its latest X90 and X90 Pro smartphones in India, following their global release. These premium segment smartphones are the successors to last year’s Vivo X80 series, with the company’s focus on providing high-quality camera features.

Vivo X90 and X90 Pro Smartphones: Pricing and Availability
The Vivo X90 comes in two variants, with 8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage priced at Rs 59,999, and 12GB RAM with 256GB internal storage at Rs 63,999. The smartphone is available in Breeze Blue and Asteroid Black color variants. Meanwhile, the Vivo X90 Pro only comes in a single variant, with 12GB RAM and 256GB internal storage, priced at Rs 84,999. It is available in a Vegan Leather finish and a Legendary Black color variant.
Both smartphones are currently on pre-booking in India, with an Rs 8,000 instant discount available for HDFC and ICICI Bank Credit Card holders. The smartphones will go on sale on 5 May on Flipkart and the official Vivo website.

Vivo X90 and X90 Pro Smartphones: Features and Specifications
Both smartphones come with a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 2800×1260 (FHD+), a 120Hz refresh rate, and SCHOTT Xensation® α display protection. They share the same processor, the MediaTek Dimensity 9200 with GPU Model Immortalis-G715, with differing RAM and storage options. The Vivo X90 has 8GB/12GB RAM and 128GB/256GB internal storage, while the Vivo X90 Pro has 12GB RAM and 256GB internal storage. Both phones have LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 4.0 storage.
The Vivo X90 Pro has a battery capacity of 4810 mAh with 120W fast charging support and 50W wireless charging with reverse wireless charging support. The Vivo X90 also has a battery capacity of 4810 mAh with 120W fast charging support.

The Vivo X90 Pro features a triple camera setup, including a 50 MP OIS (IMX989) + 50 MP Portrait OIS (IMX758) + 12 MP Ultra-Wide (IMX663) with ZEISS lens and a 32MP front camera. The Vivo X90 also has a triple rear camera setup, including a 50MP OIS + 12MP Portrait + 12MP Wide-Angle.
